Heidi Guerard was a featured speaker at RestaurantSpaces’18

Heidi Guerard has a background in visual and architectural design, with years of restaurant design experience. She served as Shop Designer then Creative Director for &pizza, the first Washington, DC-based fast-casual pizza concept rapidly expanding in the Mid-Atlantic and New York. Before that she was at HapstakDemetriou+ where she worked on some of DC’s most notable restaurants including Rose’s Luxury, Fiola Mare and Bread Furst. Heidi holds an MA in Interior Design from Corcoran College of Art + Design, as well as a BA in Fine Art and BBA in Marketing from Stetson University.
