Colin McCabe

Colin is co-Founder of Chopt Creative Salad Company, the pioneering fast- casual chain of restaurants started in New York City in 2001.  Chopt now has more than 80 restaurants in 11 states with further expansion underway.  Chopt recently purchased the Dos Toros chain of restaurants and formed the company, Founders Table Restaurant Group.
