Tim Jagneaux currently serves as Vice President of Construction & Facilities at Dutch Bros Coffee, where he’s helping fuel one of the most energized retail expansions in the country.

Over the past three decades, Tim has led construction and development efforts across a wide range of industries—from QSR to specialty retail. Prior to joining Dutch Bros in late 2025, he spent three years as VP of Construction at Dollar General, overseeing one of the largest and fastest-paced build programs in retail. He also held a leadership role at Palmetto Capital Group, where he led construction and development for new retail sites across the Southeast.

Earlier in his career, Tim served in construction leadership roles at Tractor Supply Company, AutoZone, Dollar General (first stint), and Logan’s Roadhouse.

He holds both a B.B.A. and M.B.A. from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN.
