Justin has over a decade of experience in restaurant and retail construction, and recently joined Yum! Brands as the Director of Construction Strategy for KFC based in Dallas, TX. He started his career with Shake Shack, where he helped launch the brand in major U.S. markets. He then moved to London to manage construction for a UK-based Asian noodle bar concept, Wagamama. After leaving London in 2019, Justin led the construction team at Founders Table, a fast-casual restaurant group based in New York City with two concepts (Chopt Creative Salad Co. and Dos Toros Taqueria). He then moved to manage design & construction for Citibank in 2023. Justin has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Cornell University. In his free time, he enjoys rugby, trying new restaurants, and cooking for friends and family.
