Solomon Choi is the founder and CEO of 16 Handles, New York City’s largest frozen dessert brand with over 30 locations in the East Coast. He moved to NY in 2008 from California and brings over 15 years of hospitality management and franchise development experience. He also co-founded Greeno Products in 2008 which provides custom print paper cups, containers, and utensils for foodservice retailers. He is a seed investor and advisor to companies in the Food and Beverage, Food Technology, and Online Marketplace sectors.

Solomon is a graduate of the Marshall School of Business at USC with a concentration in Marketing and has earned certificates through eCornell for Digital Marketing and Restaurant Revenue Management.
